Composite geomembrane case site
The composite geomembrane is formed by pressing the geotextile and geomembrane together through the guide roller after being heated by the oven far-infrared on one or both sides of the membrane. With the improvement of production technology, there is also a process of casting to make composite geomembrane. Its forms include one cloth and one film, two cloth and one film, two films and one cloth, etc.

Geotextile is used as the protective layer of geomembrane to protect the impervious layer from damage. In order to reduce ultraviolet radiation and increase anti-aging performance, it is best to use embedding method.
During construction, the foundation surface shall be leveled with sand or clay with small material diameter, and then the geomembrane shall be laid. The geomembrane shall not be too tight, and the buried soil at both ends shall be corrugated. Finally, a transition layer of about 10cm shall be paved with fine sand or clay on the paved geomembrane. Build 20-30cm block stone (or concrete precast block) as anti scour protective layer. During construction, try to avoid the stone directly hitting the geomembrane. It is best to construct the protective layer while paving the membrane. The connection between the composite geomembrane and the surrounding structures shall be anchored by expansion bolts and steel plate battens, and the connection part shall be coated with emulsified asphalt (2mm thick) for bonding to prevent leakage.
